Review and launch the agent's campaigns

Sign in to try it

What it's for

The agent sends nothing until you have reviewed and launched its campaigns. This screen shows every message, lets you edit it, then launches the campaign.

Before you start

  • A connected mailbox or LinkedIn account. Connect your accounts
  • Available credits.
  • Automated prospecting allowed. Turning on this permission and launching a campaign require an administrator; a user asks their administrator.

Steps

  1. 1

In the agent Settings, turn on I allow automated prospecting for my organization.

  2. 2

Open the Review and launch your campaigns screen (the getting-started assistant takes you there at the end).

  3. 3

Read each message. Edit changes a text; Ask for another version has the agent rewrite the message.

  4. 4

Click Launch to start the campaign.

What gets sent and how to stop

  • What gets sent: the messages of the reviewed campaign, from your connected accounts, to a limited number of people per day (20 by default). No message goes out before you have reviewed and launched the campaign.
  • What it costs: about 1.5 credits per person contacted.
  • How to stop: in the agent Settings, turn off I allow automated prospecting for my organization. The agent stops finding new prospects, creating campaigns and sending, scheduled sends included. The pause switch at the top of the page also stops the whole agent.
  • What you see: Stop requested (the agent stops within the hour at most), then Stop confirmed (the agent no longer prospects). If the stop is not confirmed after two hours, you see Stop being verified: contact support.

Expected result

The campaign shows Launched. The first messages go out within the daily limit, and replies arrive in the agent's conversations.
